The girl was born and raised in South Carolina she finished her schooling at Clemson University. She then went on to get a masters diploma in broadcast journalism at the University of Miami. From the time she was a child, Kelly always had the desire of working in television stations because she thought the careers that were associated with television to be exciting and attractive.
